Confined space safety is not just something added on to our service offering - confined space safety is what we do!
With over 50 years experience working in this field, the directors and technicians at Redline Safety are not new to confined space working.
Helen Collins graduated with a Civil and Structural Engineering degree and started her career working for a difficult access engineering firm, spending the majority of her time inspecting the sides of buildings and bridges and the insides of pipes, culverts and sewers. Wanting to specialise in confined space safety she moved to (what was then) Confined Spaces Training Services Ltd and became an instructor and then later, the manager of the Confined Space Support Teams department.
Terry Byrne started his safety career as a technical sales manager with a PPE supplier and then moved to Confined Spaces Training Services Ltd progressing to General Manager. Looking for a more site based, technical role, Terry moved across to assist managing the Confined Space Support Teams department.
In 2020, Terry and Helen joined forces again and started Redline Safety Ltd with the aim to provide quality, on-site confined space and ancillary services. Due to client demand for professional and yet still cost effective services, Redline now also provides face fit testing (with Fit2Fit accredited testers) and roped access services.
